Damianos Dimitroulias

Degree in Law (University of Thrace- Dimokriteio), LL.M. (CARDIFF).

Mr. Dimitroulias received his Degree in Law from the University of Thrace, 1988; he has a Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) in Maritime Law from University of Cardiff 1990.

He practices before Greek Courts of all levels, he was admitted to Athens Bar in 1991 and was qualified to practice before the Supreme Court of Greece in 2001. His areas of practice are maritime law; corporate and litigation (including charter parties, carriage by sea, collision, salvage, marine insurance, sea pollution); civil litigation-dispute resolution, civil and commercial law and criminal law.

He has handled over the years major shipping accidents and has over twenty five years’ experience in shipping and its related disputes including marine casualties, shipping litigation, criminal litigation related to shipping matters, P&I and FD&D work.

He speaks English and his native language is Greek.
