Souzana Manaka
Degree in Law (University of Athens), LL.M. (Southampton).
Mrs. Manaka received her Degree in Law from the University of Athens, 1991; she has a Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) in Maritime Law from University of Southampton 1992.
She practices before Greek Courts of all levels, she was admitted to Athens Bar in 1991 and was qualified to practice before the Supreme Court of Greece in 2001. Her areas of practice are maritime law; corporate and litigation (including charter parties, carriage by sea, collision, salvage, marine insurance, sea pollution); civil litigation-dispute resolution, civil and commercial law and criminal law.
She has handled over the years major shipping cases and has over twenty five years’ experience in shipping and its related disputes including marine casualties, shipping litigation, criminal litigation related to shipping matters, P&I and FD&D work.
She speaks English and his native language is Greek.
